Kristi became a licensed real estate broker after she purchased her first home in 2002. Since then she has gained a vast amount of experience in all aspects of residential real estate. With 700+ homes sold from new construction to foreclosures & flips she has experience with it all. She has remained a full time real estate broker through all the crazy twists and turns the real estate market has to offer including the bubble bust in 2008, covid's crazy low rates and super hot market, and then the overnight flip to a recession. She can help use her experience to guide and educate you to make the best decisions for your real estate goals.
